xSR
Our Next Generation Selective Router
xSR (Selective Router) operates as a replacement to legacy Selective Routers with an NG9-1-1, IP-based solution. Where circuit-switched Selective Routers relay calls according to routing tables, xSR relays calls based on geospatial data.
By obtaining an x/y coordinate and querying the GIS database, xSR assures that all call types are relayed to the correct PSAP. Nomadic callers who may be using cellular networks or even VoIP callers coming into the network in IP are correctly relayed, ensuring accuracy and rapid response.
