xT911™ call takers can instantly replay calls – even during active calls!

Available as an extension to xT911™, xDVR™ offers digital voice recording that is fully integrated into every call taker station. The xDVR™ system records 9-1-1 trunks, administrative lines, and work-stations.

Recordings:

• are time stamped
• are saved by call and position for easy access
• can be searched by ANI
• are exported in various formats including .wav and .mp3
• can be emailed directly from the application

The xDVR™ administration utility provides the user a host of tools and features including:

• Call grading: through the xAdmin™ application, stored calls can be replayed and graded in multiple criteria
• Access to calls for instant replay, even from calls that occurred
  years ago
• Command and control for administrators with user settings for call replay
